• To request a refund, please contact support@meerkatapp.ai within 14 days of your initial purchase.

  
  

• Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date are not eligible for a refund, but you can still cancel your subscription to stop future billings.

  
  

• Automatic monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds.

  
  

• Automatic annual renewals are non-refundable. However, we offer a 3-day grace period for accidental annual renewals. If you did not intend to renew your annual subscription, you must contact support@meerkatapp.ai within 72 hours of the renewal charge. A full refund will be issued, and your account access will be terminated immediately. Requests made after 72 hours are strictly non-refundable.

  
  

• A "repeat subscription" is defined as any subscription activated by a user, business entity, or household that has previously subscribed to, held a trial for, or received a refund for Meerkat AI's services. Repeat subscriptions are ineligible for our 14-day money-back guarantee, and all payments for repeat subscriptions are non-refundable.
